Stellarium like application for mobile Pocket PC?

Hi,

Can anyone recommend and application similar to Stellarium that works on the Windows pocket PC platform (Windows Mobile 6 if that makes a difference)?

Astromist, PDA Astronomy Software (Palm & Pocket PC)

It's a great little application, with loads of features. It's only down side is a pretty hefty price tag for a Windows Mobile app, but once you've used it I think you'll find it worth it. I'm a big fan anyway...

There's another one called 'Tachyon' (I think that's how you spell it)and also 'The Sky'. Both work on pocket pc. When I had one, I used to use 'The Sky' a lot. Very easy to use and helpful. Tachyon seemed to be more advanced.

I use Tachyon on my Dell Axim and it works well - loads of extra stuff with it and once you get your head around the interface it's very useful.

Try googles sky map, I have it on my HTC Hero and had it checked out tonight on my astronomy course by someone who knows they're doing and they could not believe the accuracy of it I to was suprised it works lol, how it work I dont know but my phone is a windows based phone so I am not sure of it being compatible but it is free to, it might only work on android phones im not sure

HTC Hero is running android and google sky is very good.

I use Google Sky map with my G1 phone and it is very good.

Google Sky Map is fantastic, I use it on my HTC Magic G2. A great app.

I have Pocket Stars on mine and it works a treat although it isn't free..
