Been wading through my M42's

Been messing with some M42 shots from earlier this year that I hadn't

got round to playing with.

My local light pollution always gives me a hard time with M42.

This one I'm quite pleased with taken with my 130mm reflector.

Can't wait to get M42 in the 8" 8)

You've done well with that one Phil, core not too burn't out - presume it was a composite of the 2 exposures. Can't see the joins. The SC1.5 has done a good job for you.

Like you I'm itching to have another go at this. Want to do a narrow band emission filter combine. Never thought I would find myself wishing the summer away!

Martin, yes its a composite of two in Photoshop.

I can just see the join but then I put it there

Still very pleased with it considering the low frame count.
