Blue Snowball Nebula - Drizzle Stacked

I'm not sure if my NGC7662 subs from yesterday were suitable for this but decided to give the 3x Drizzle stack in DSS a go, to try and increase the image scale.

I did some sharpening at the 300% up sampled resolution and then dropped it down to 200% with the 1.5x software binning in Astro Art.

I've also pushed the red more as those subs were a bit weak because of the sky conditions.

The stacking method seems to have brought out a bit more but I'm not sure if this is just because it's bigger now?

Thanks for looking,

Rich.

On these tiny nebs, if you want to enlarge them a bit in PS, do it no more than 10% at a time. Increasing the dpi will help it be smoother when you adjust it too.

I usually play about with a few versions, see what appears to be coming out, then check that against a proper image from the web etc.

Very nice though, worth the redo Rich!
