Hi I am new to this site. I have been into Astronomy since I was in Grad school. I have taken images with film for years. Now I am finally working with digital. Any help you folks can give me would be appreciated.

Welcome to SGL! Though I cannot be of help regarding imaging, I can say that we host a vast imaging section where you will find threads on the subject for days on end.

Hello and welcome to SGL. As already advised, there is a section in this website dedicated to imaging. There will be loads of help and advice.

I guess the 1st thing to consider is what kinds of objects are you interested in imaging? The responses will aid other SGLers in providing the right support.
