Jupiter Oct 11t

Very nice Neil, my conditions were very poor last night. Jupiter was boiling early on, probably from thermals off my house roof, so I waited an hour for it gain altitude, but when I got back outside the sky was very hazy with thicker whisps of cloud, so transparancy was way down. I did shoot a couple of sequences, but haven't processed them yet, as not expecting anything much from them.

Looks pretty decent again Neil, not quite what we all looking for though is it? 🙂  I guess the Holy Grail of seeing is what keeps us all going out there night after night.

Conditions as normal really, despite the lack of the Jetstream. Focus in/out all night, even when Jupiter was at its highest point.

Yes Pete its a pattern some of us are finding. I am stubborn and its helping get the most of out of what we get. If only real stable conditions were happening. Something much better would come i am sure

Exactly my experience last night. I think Neil is pulling some magic out of his sleeve, amazing as always.
