This was taken a couple of days ago and is 2 photos edited in Photo Shop in order to get over the over exposed planet.

Nice work Martin. How does it compare with what you saw in the view finder? What eye piece were you using?

Martin the view through the eyepiece was very watery and bright you could see the bands come in and out of seeing, the eyepiece? cant remember Im afraid, when I get more organised I will start logging what I'm looking at , what with, etc

You think that you will remember it but once you have caught up on some sleep its gone.

Very cool photo Martin. You did an excellent job editing out the overexposed planet to bring out the moons.

Jupiter images seem to be in short supply, although i'll have something to add very shortly
