Guide scope question (eBay bargain versions)

I keep seeing the cheaper guidescopes on eBay 60mm for £60ish, they all look identical to the ZWO version and even the Orion or TSOptics version 

has anyone tried the cheaper versions on eBay? Are they just the same or do they work just the same?

Looks identical to my zwo one........like a lot eyepieces, they probably all come from the same factory and re branded.

I've seen them too, they look fine but in the end I've ordered a 70/300 "toystore" scope from Ali for 27€ to try as a guidescope.

I have an "identical" no branded guide scope. It works fine, BUT...

I needed to add two extra locking screws to the sliding part of the focuser as it was flexing like mad!

I believe that the holes are already drilled and tapped in the tube - M4 or M5 I think. Once focused, I "carefully" nipped up the three screws and now it is solid.

I'd be interested to hear if a similar problem exists with the branded versions...
