Where have I been all these years? I'd never heard of these until this thread!

No chance for me here, I'd need a very long periscope to see above theses leaking clouds. Plus I'm out for a night shift soon anyway.

Nice one Tony, glad you caught it. I gave it a bit more of a boost to pull them out a bit better, probably too much now!

BTW, this was Esprit 120ED, ASI 294MC Pro, and the debayered red channel from an Altair 'Quadband' filter.  Single 20ms frame.

Quite.  I think the gaps in the clouds are just there to let the rain through faster :(
