Auto Stretch Software

Hi

At the moment I'm using my Olympus mirrorless camera for imaging. Whilst it has remote control software, the software doesn't allow for image review or auto-stretching. Is there any simple software out there that I can quickly load a photo into and auto stretch? Mainly to confirm object framing and image exposure.

Maybe try astro photography tool, use it for capture planning also but it can / will stretch the last capture.

Free too, but you can upgrade if you like it.

Thanks but doesn’t support Olympus cameras. Seems no software does. I need stand-alone software

You may have to resort to Gimp free but by no means simple.

The light histogram gives a good indication of the balance between exposure length and light gathered. You want the light peak totally clear of the left edge when looking at the histogram. See if searching you can find out what the optimum ISO range is for your camera, for my canon it is either 800 or 1600. And if focus is good you are good to go. Don't forget shoot in raw if you can.

I dont know, but maybe Nebulosity? It is designed to be easy. There always used to be a free trial version to see if you like it. From the same guy who introduced PHD
