This is the first image from the night at Kelling in which my laptop power supply was dead. So the only option left to me was to take some unguided shots. I could get away with 45 secs with no sign of trailing, so this is a stack of a load of those, about 40 or so. Taken through a WO72mm with 0.8FR and a modded canon 350D. With such short exposures, the target had to be something brightish, so it's another Veil Nebula. This isn't my best image from Kelling, but when you consider the circumstances, it is by no means the worst.

Nothing much wrong with that TJ, a lot of short exposures can produce pretty good results it seems. :)

Glad you had a good and fruitful time at Kelling, I hope to ba able to get there in the spring.
