Excellent images, However did you know that the tidal trail extends both sides of the galaxy :)

This is a light frame taken other night 300s exposure (raw) un-modded canon450d with a 102APO refractor

Adam, do you still have APP?

If so, then the best way to combine your 2 data sets (rather than stacking the stacks) would be as follows:

1. Calibrate Data Set 1. Then Save the calibrated files.

2. Clear the list and do the same again only for Data Set 2.

3. Clear the list again, then load ALL the calibrated files (from both Data Sets).

4. Proceed with the rest of the stacking as per normal.

I might still have a few days left on the trial, so I'll give that a whirl.

I actually just bought a second 40d, so all being well, that should simplify things and allow me to do all the stacking in DSS, as all subs with have the same pixel size.
