Startools help, can't install

When I download the zip file then click to open it says this. What am I doing wrong.

Stupid question, but are you extracting the file first to a location of your choice, if you are then it looks like there was an issue with the download...

Think I'm in, saw a tip to drag the folder to desktop.

Have you tried running as administrator , if that fails have a look on startools forum, have you downloaded the right download covers multiple OS ,

You may need to download and run in some different drive - such as from Java. If so, the website should explain this to you and give a link to the specified drive. In plain English: Partition your drive and offer the option of downloading to your normal drive, or to the new one.

I always find doing such annoying. I used to run the 'Seti-at-home' and it's 'Boinc' one. It always caused trouble, so I abandoned ship. ET will have to find another agent to send on it's wild-goose chases.
