NGC6946 with Supernova SN2017eaw

Having spent much of my time recently on variable stars I just had to get an image of that extreme variable star, the supernova in NGC6946. This image consists of around two hours worth of 5 minute subs in luminance. I had to reject many more due to the background sky being too bright. I did attempt to get some colour but dawn came too quickly. Maybe another time.

Usual kit Megrez 90 with 0.8x FR and Atik 460EX.

Well done Dave, I nearly got around to imaging it last night but spent too long watching transits on Jupiter by which time it was low in the S London LP.
