BXRO Posted December 27, 2016 Share Posted December 27, 2016 Hi, it should screw into the bottom of the eyepiece, (opersite to the end you look down) helps reduce glare from a strong moon and very often has a green tint to help things stand out. You can try it when observing other objects to see what it does but remember they very often cut out 70% of the available light and can make things very faint Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
