First, a note of thanks to Sara for posting up her insert tutorial which I have used here.

This is mostly OIII (14 x 20mins) with 6x3mins for each of RGB. The OIII was blended into the B and a touch into G to get the PN colour.

The diameter of the PN is said to create one of the largest known spheres at 5 light years and is still expanding at ~35km/s. The shell is ~1/3 of a light year. The central star started off at ~1.2 solar masses and is now split ~50:50 between the remaining central star and the mass of the material in the PN.

Thanks for your comments guys. Happy to have got some detail of the PN shell but should have done some more RGB and maybe some L to get some more detail on the stars and galaxy showing through the PN. Some can be seen but that's maybe something for next year.
