My first Jupiter of the season

Had to image through a layer of cirrus clouds and fast approaching daylight so not a very good image but at least blew off some procedural cobwebs and got the image, imperfections and all. I'd like to say I'm going to try better processing but probably won't.

1255 UT, 25% of 3000 frames, 91% gain, histogram at about 40%.

Nice to get an image under the belt, even if it just blows off the processing cobwebs! Some nice detail despite the conditions.

Good start. Try reducing the gain and increasing the exposure to reduce noise.
