MOON - The most accurate lunar globe!

I did 3D print a moon globe with surface detail with the idea of using it for my moon clock but the 100mm size I wanted would have taken the best part of a full day to print (with all that detail) so I tried a half scale 50mm one taking several hours and that went well.  I ended up printing a plain hollow white hemisphere for the side we see and a black one for the back.  The moon phase was/is produced by a black 3D printed thin hemisphere which rotates around the white internally lit moon globe.

Looks interesting, but as the globe is the same colour all the way across it there is no darker areas to show the seas or Ray systems etc, so apart from a novelty piece on a table somewhere (which needs a large area to arc the LEDs around the moon) not sure if I'd get one.
