I've been at the SDO data again

Here's another one taken from data imaged at 304 ångstrom on 13th Sept '15 between 07:30 and 13:30.

I tried to get a slo-mo feel to it by changing the time intervals but it's a bit jerky. 

Say when you've all had enough now won't you.
