Possible Case for Sky Watcher 150PDS

Hello everyone,

Ive just been wondering about a case for my telescope. I live in London (a very light polluted area) so I am going to be taking it out to the countryside frequently. Can anyone suggest a long lasting heavy duty case? I'm not to fussed about the price if its a good one. My telescope is a Sky Watcher 150PDS on a EQ3 pro mount.

You might find something suitable amongst the Geoptik range. These are nice, heavy duty padded soft cases.

My 150PDS lives and travels around for outreach sessions in a Geoptik bag.

I think it's the Geoptik Padded Case For 200mm f/4 Newtonian OTA one at about £55. It's just a plain empty bag inside (no pockets or foam) but is nicely padded, robust and weatherproof.

I thought it'd be much too big given the height, however the 150PDS focuser sticks out a long way and uses up the 300mm! There's enough room at the end for a cardboard box containing my finders. It works well for me.
