Is Saturn viewable in the early mornings in the Doncaster area I thought I saw it but was very blurry

Yes. Here's a screen shot from Stellarium for 5:30am tomorrow morning. Saturn is nearly due south, along with Mars also.

It is very low at the moment, so blurry it will appear

I live between Donny and Barnsley and have had 2 recent great views of Saturn. Look SEish around 5am - it should be enough off the horizon for a decent view. I have seen it through my ST80 - very small with a 6mm Ortho ep but the rings are clearly visible. With my 150p Dob I got a great view with same ep. I've attached a pic I did with my phone through the ep so you can see what to expect - the view by eye was far better..?

That's what I saw but was blurry

Still low, but will not get much higher. You need a morning with good seeing.

13 deg is low in general.

Sadly it is low at the moment but that will improve as the year goes on.  A crisp view of the planets is a sight to behold!!!

Let's also remember that Saturn is a LONG way away from Earth (over a billion km) so to see it from your back garden is truly amazing to me ?
