what make is this mount

Hello folks , Here is a GEM with no identification anywhere . Its in Europe  .

Do you have any more photos ? I can't work out how this mount works as a GEM. It appears to have only one rotating axis (RA  ?), but that  is pointing in the wrong direction for an eq. the mount could be part of an equatorial fork mount, but that is just a guess.

it does look like it's missing its dec axis, but I can see some "gubbins" just running out of shot lower right which *could* be the dec axis.

It probably is half of an equatorial mount, missing the dec axis.. The small strut on the right appears to be for adjusting the latitude and the Byers drive moves the mount on the RA.
