Monday morning Jupiter

Took this about 0956 UT today, jet stream almost directly overhead but I wanted to try for the Great Red Spot no matter the conditions.

Well done getting what you wanted. I think it is always worth a go whatever the conditions, even dodging the clouds! The weather has been so bad here in the UK recently that any gap in the clouds has me rushing outside!

This morning's Jupiter 1237 UT, it looks liked I lucked out capturing right when the morning sun interrupted the jet stream. Now if I could only figure out how to orient the picture with less than 90° rotations!

Very nice results mwayne. You're starting to get some good detail there especially that last image. Congrats with the red spot too.
