DSS stacking problem

I've been using DSS successfully for a while but for some reason stacking pictures from earlier this week the resulting TIFF stacked output only shows a vertical strip of the final image - can't be sure but probably the central section, the rest of the image has gone!  In case it was just these images, I went back to an earlier set of images that had stacked previously OK and got the same result.  I have not knowingly changed any of the settings but presume somehow I must have.

Any ideas please?

Have you changed camera and using cr2 file's

If you changed camera you need the beta 3.3.4 version

No same camera (Canon 550D) and same CR2 images.

Only a few days before it was OK, nothing has changed except the output!

Nothing had changed but updating to Version 3.3.4 seems to have dome the trick, I have no idea why.  Nonetheless thanks for the thoughts.
