air in a can to get crud off of primary?

I did laugh at your extension 0030, my old 10" dob has a little trap door just above the primary, very handy for such jobs. Rocket blowers rule.

What scope?.........A trap door like that could also hold a fan for cross-flow cooling over the face of the primary, something I`ve considered in the past. I have a Dremel now, but still feared to make the cut!

As for the Rocket blower , I bought one Years ago for my Nikon DSLR. Its a great bit of kit. Mine has a red spout, which I force into the body of the blower whilst stored in the camera case. Held inverted, there is just enough spout to grab and  squeeze out  for continued use. Giotto is the brand
