Convert old Vixen mount to dovetail

Hi thinking of converting this mount to take a modern dovetail.

Is there a kit off the shelf or can someone attach a photo of their conversion

I've converted my old "greenish" Vixen this way; I used one of these (very similar) type dovetail mounts  (Altair) bolted to a U- bar long enough so that I could make two holes in the bar to correspond to the Vixen mount holes.

When I tested the accuracy of the declination axis, there was a 1 degree error, so I inserted a shim under one end of the bar to get the axis exactly right.
