Awoke to cloudy skies in the east and clear skies in the west The west remained beautifully clear with just a couple of con-trails whilst the east stubbornly retained it's cloud cover. Broke eventually but still had cloud interference. Managed to find a few mostly cloud free subs and fed them to Registax. To be fair it's made a reasonable job of it.

Very nice shot, David, well done beating the clouds!

It was a similar story our way this morning, cloud to the East, some clear away to the West. I didn't bother setting up but did set up for this eve, only to be foiled by the clouds!! I hope the neighbours did not hear me 'talking' to the clouds

I am glad I got something this morning as I would not have been able to get anything this evening due to cloud. Can see the moon now though
