My good girl has just tossed ... (ahem!) ... chucked me a pack of Smarties. On the back is a little quiz. One question is

What S is the closest star?

Sirius immediately sprung to mind. Then I thought again...

Silly, silly Smarties trying to be smart... :nono:

You'd be amazed. No you wouldn't, how many are caught out with that one Andrew. My first time, was at a Society quiz, and I called out Proxima Centauri. They didn't specify the first letter though. I was red faced with embarrassment all night. One should never be in a hurry to be a smart A***, that can be achieved at a slow pace too. :D

Recently I read somewhere that Nestle are to bring back blue smarties...I just thought you'd like to know that :oops:

Since they introduced blue Smarties about 1988, we haven't been able to get rid of them. They replaced the coffee coloured Smarties with the blue ones, and they haven't been the same since. DOWN WITH THE BLUE SMARTIES!!

Oh, about that question. I got that wrong at age nine, and never since.
