The Sun in H Alpha - 10th June

Well, better late than never. Processed this one last night but never got around to posting it. Taken with the QHY5-II but stacked in Autostakkert as Registax keeps throwing up errors. This is the best 40% of a 200 frame avi. I varied the exposure from Saturday's effort but failed to note the settings

If I manage to drag myself out of bed in time tomorrow I may get time to grab another avi before work, that's assuming the weather forecast is correct. Will blame FLO if not as I'm using their forecast site now

No, thankfully no sign of Mr Newton's rings to this point at least. I shall not be dissappointed if I never see them to be honest! Have you had chance to play with the ASI yet?

I had a go at Saturn last night, but think there was too much mist and the moon was too close.
