Big Lunar mosaic from 7th March 2014

Hi all. This was intended to be a 44-pane complete moon.

Unfortunately, I left a gap in the middle , so I've cropped it to just the northern and southern polar regions. I quite like it, but feel a bit of a numpty about the missing bit!

Each pane was around 500 frames captured with an IMG132e cam @ 1/60 sec, 15fps, Meade 12" SCT @ c3000mm FL. Merged in Photoshop.

Its a real bummer when you happily process all your data and then suddenly find your a pane missing. I've done it a few times and you really kick yourself! 

What you've got is lovely and sharp - so you should be chuffed with that. Really nice colour too.
