Like Scott Roberts promised a couple of years ago, their 12" (apparently light weight) Dobsonian is almost out now...

Having used ES EPs and mount...I do have faith in the quality of their products. At least they introduce reasonable prices...

If you follow the link above,it shows some more pictures,and the secondary is well seen

A prototype 16" version was at the IAS last year if I recall.  the whole thing packs down into the base box and a tent pole bag for the struts if they haven't changed it.

Primary collimation was achieved from above the mirror rather than underneath.  There were 3 points which could be adjusted from the face side to adjust it's tilt.

Pretty neat design, would be nice to know a quality of the mirrors.  One would assume they are GSO mirrors I guess..

Would need a shroud for anyone using in an urban location.
