Dew Point calculator

Last time i had the scope out i suffered dew forming so the last few nights i have been  reading upon it prior to this I did not understand it, any way i found this little calculator in xls format:DewPointCalculator.xlsx

It is very easy to use, i have just added a digi therm  to my kit next a dew shield

That looks interesting. There is an article in sky at night this month about dew, and I have sent a reply in with my contraption - a home made dew heater made using resistors. I'll post in the DIY section soon, once I have written it up. I'll bring it with me on the next meet - still waiting for a good night to try it out properly!

7Timer's weather website gives dew points per hour as well. Trouble is, I never know what to do with this info... Could someone enlighten me?
