Through the muck and the mire this morning - hence the poor quality (The Sun was at an altitude above the horizon of 13°).  The AR pictures were stacks of around 130 from 2000 frames - any more and the quality plummeted from awful to worse!

Pretty crummy seeing here too , SPC seemed OK to start without a Barlow but as soon as I upped the ante it just proved pointless ... 

Just couldn't bring myself to risk humping the big Mak up the ladder , the little ETX105 would be OK but focusing accurately is a nightmare with it.

Well done under tough conditions, Roger, well worth it.

I think we got lucky and fared a bit better with the conditions briefly our way, though I may be jumping the gun as I haven't processed my effort yet.
