California nebula (NGC 1499): 4 pane mosaic

Hi,

I finally got around to processing this data which I captured in mid November.  It's a 4 pane mosaic of the California nebula taken with Megrez 72 @4.8 and the H9. Each pane is about 12x20m with a total integration time of 11.5 hours using a Baader 7nm Ha filter. Processing was done in Pixinsight.

I must confess that I have shied away from taking this on.  Not tried a mosaic yet and need to get my courage up... but this looks so good that it does inspire me to give it a go.
