M31 My First!!

Can't really believe I have never managed to image M31 before. Obviously one of the most photographed deep sky objects but up to last Saturday night not me. So I decided if it was to be clear then I would have a go at capturing the great Galaxy.

Managed to get just enough data between several cloud dodging delays

It was nice to be imaging with my William Optics 80mm APO for a change as this normally carries out guiding duties on the LX200.

Anyway I hope you like the image.

Pete.
