Clear blue sky to start the day , but the worst seeing I've had for a long time ...

Plugged away and shot six sets of fifty frames and managed to find just twenty-six to play with ...

Proved to be plenty though ...

1000D + ED80Pro + ND3.8 + 1.8 x Barlow + OIII.

1/640s @ ISO 200 , 26/300 , Reg 5.1 , Gimp 2.8.

You've done well again considering the poor seeing.

Am I right in thinking there are some intereting AR's about to come into view?

BTW I've built a replica of your glare shield in black foam-board...Brilliant and thanks for the idea.

We can but hope ... ... there's nothing new showing on SDO at the moment , but their data is just about three hours ahead of what we can see from Earth , I constantly monitor it to try and judge when to shoot , sometimes it pays to shoot late in the day in order to catch some new feature ... but that said it's usually a case of grab it when you can ...

I'll expect my royalty cheque in the post soon ...

Managed to get out and grab some subs earlier, just processing them now but the seeing was not particularly great here either
