NGC7000 Narrowband

This was taken between the clouds, so not many subs. 3x300s S2, Ha, O3.

Wow! That is amazing with so few subs! I assume it was fifteen minutes with each filter and not five minutes with each for a total of fifteen minutes?

Yes it was 300s per sub. So I guess that's 15min per filter. The AG10 can certainly pull the photons in!

Yes thats a really good image,with great Hubble Pallette colour.

My only criticism, it looks a little soft,but otherwise spot on.

Yes, I agree. I think its due to the heavy noise reduction to compensate for the short exposure. I should try again to get the balance right.

Actually I quite like the soft look. If we photograph clouds we wouldn't normally expect them to be sharpened up to squeeze every last bit of detail out of them, because they wouldn't look like normal clouds any more. It has a dark brooding quality. Would be good to tone down the blue stars and halos though

Very nice
