I know these light evenings makes any observing tough, specially with work commitments.

You are spot on Lee weeknights are kinda a no-no for observing at the moment. My weather app doesn't show any promising nights yet.

The scope is really close now, just waiting for the optics to be re-coated then she'll be up n running

I'd be up for that Steve, though this week is bad for me with work/transport/family commitments. I will keep an eye on this and see what gives.

With the nights drawing in again (another rubbish summer!), hopefully we'll get chance to dust off the scopes soon. Next couple of weeks are pretty hectic for me with work and stuff but will keep an eye out too.
