15 June 2013 Lunar "X"

The Moon was quite low in the West for this and also boiling around as it was close to the neighbours rooftops - But at least i managed to see and record the "Lunar X" for the first time. It is only sunlight hitting the top rims of several adjacent craters but it it quite striking when you see it. These were taken over about half an hour and you can see the developement of the "X" easily.

All cropped from full disc images taken with a 120mm ED refractor and Canon 1100D - each a stack of 64 images in R5 and finished in Photoshop.
