My first M42 of the year and first with new scope

Recommended Posts

This is M42.

45 subs @ 25 seconds each

Its not bad but could be a lot better. My image was drowned out by the light pollution bouncing of the garage door opposite.

Excellent for a first time attempt Beamer. Once you start, you go from strength to strength.

Every top class imager on SGL started in a similar way.

You are off to a good start with that one.

Just keep at it and they'll get better and better.

The wider field shot was taken with the Fuji 6500FD attached to a 25mm eyepice via the Digi-T adapter.

I forgot about the standard Toucam and may try this next time.
