Telescope House order

Sorry to be asking for more help, and sorry if this is in the wrong place!

However I ordered a 200p dob through Telescope House last night (the paypal route) and paypal was nice and smooth as usual, however when I checked my email after there were no confirmation emails? Usually paypal at least send you one confirming the payment? Did my order go through?

I wouldnt worry mate, I've bought several things & havnt recieved a confirmation email, one firm didnt even take the money out of my account until 'after' I got the item.

I would contact Telescope house when they open, and discuss the matter with them... Just ask them if the payment was successful and you could check your paypal history.

Log into paypal and have a look at your account.

Unfortunately I don't have an account and just used the credit/debit card option.

I think it should be ok because paypal did go smoothly, but I will get in touch with them to make sure.

problems.They are ok.A Dob, is a lot of dosh.

Yes it's nearly £300 so I just want to make sure! I ordered from them a month ago through the other payment system and I got an email or two confirming it, which is why I was a bit worried this time.

I think if you talk to Telescope House, they will be able to put your mind at rest, Telescope House are a good company to deal with and very efficient in delivery.

Indeed they have emailed me back and confirmed the order hadn't gone through, so that I could re-order it and it has now gone through. Big thanks to them!
