M51 4 hours in

4 hours into my m51 image 300 sec subs canon 450d iso 800.i dont know if i will get the halo. but some nice structure starting to come out (sorry about the jpeg) hoping to add some more data tonight, 47 darks and 20 flats all stacked in DSS

i could do 8 but seeing conditions have to be very good

im now at 6.5 hours i did get 7.5 hours but an hour was under bad seeing so didnt stack that data, the mass of data really helps with the noise but i dont know if im at my limit with my kit. heres a quick n dirty PNG process, heres a link to the 4 hour tiff https://www.dropbox.com/home/Public/51%204hrs im uploading the 6.5 hour tiff now if any wants a go darks and blotchy flats applied
