First scope! what to choose?

Now i have done my fair share of binocular work and know my way around the night sky!

Details:

Budget: £100

Type: not to fussed but want to see some planets

Size: dont mind

Location: Near massive park, low light pollution

books: no thanks :p

any help, pointers or links would be fab!

if you push your budget up to £125 FLO (first light optics) have a startravel Refractor on an EQ1 mount or a 114mm newt on an eq1 mount, these are great places to start, also they have dobsonians and AZ mounts in the same price range. The choice is very vast but the 114 will be nice for views of jupiter, saturn and the moon
