Some sunshine at last!

55 from 70 images stacked in R5 and tweaked in GIMP. Still struggling to get to grips with the change to GIMP 2.8 but getting there!

Nice one . . . difficult today with the abysmal seeing . . .

I tend to adjust the Contrast/Histogram in Registax to get a 'nice looking' disc before applying Wavelets .

I then crop the image ( in LivePhotoGallery) before opening in Gimp.

All I do in Gimp is apply a few 'gentle' passes of UnSharpMask , I find that adjusting Levels/ Contrast etc in Gimp kills any fine detail for some reason , especially near the edges.
