COLD !

Hi all, as I mentioned earlier I got some great views tonight but I just went back out at 7.10pm and my scope was covered in frost as it's -5 here now in Scotland so I thought I'd call it a night as my finger tips were about to drop off !.

Only -3 here, but we're set for -7 tomorrow, which is OK, 'cause if it keeps snowing, I won't be able to get out of the house

I thought it was us southerners that were soft when it comes to bearing the cold! Cold nights for me have often been the best nights to do some observing but comfortable warm clothes make things a lot easier.

So cold out there that my thermometer just says LLL which I think is thermometer-speak for pretty cold Scope had frost on when I brought it in.
