finder for 8 inch dobsonian

hi everyone, i am going to get a skywatcher skyliner 20p dobsonian after christmas and i am thinking of getting a RedDot finde like a telrad but not as expensive. woul you guys be able to help me in finding one that will fi the 8 inch OTA?! thanks, Cam

I probably am a minority, since I learned the sky on bins and Sheffield light pollution I instead invested on a quality right angle correct image 50mm finder.

I can now find M36/M37/M38 on the finder where it is not possible on a naked eye finder or even a lesser quality 50mm finder.

Don't skimp, buy a Telrad or Rigel finder. You really won't regret it.

I'd agree with this. You can mount it alongside the optical finder that comes with the scope and then you have the best of both worlds, unless you want to upgrade the optical finder to a right angle, correct image type for comfort. You really have all you need then.
