It's amazing that Voyager is still going, such a great accomplishment.

I read somewhere that Voyager 2 is not far behind and will be able to back up the data that Voyager 1 has discovered. Voyager 1 looks like it will run out of power in 2025 - some of its essential systems have already been shut down to conserve power.

These two probes are have been travelling at about 60,000 km/hr for over 30 years

and are only 17 light-hours from Earth.
