Fabulous conditions last night up until about 02:30 when the haze appeared , so no great surprise to awake to the grey gloom this morning ...

Could just make out enough detail to focus on so rattled of about sixty frames , enough going on to make the exercise worthwhile ... stacked all sixty-four as they were all of a muchness..

1000D + ST120 + ND3.8 + 1.8 x Barlow + UHC + S/L.

1/800s @ ISO 200 , 64/64 , Reg 5.1 , Gimp2.8.

I'm downloading the SDO images daily and putting onto a disc as a ' just in case ' measure and for comparison purposes.

Come the "365" animation we'll use what we have between us and only fill the gaps with the NASA shots , as few as possilble . . .
