Eyes on the Sky: Aug 27 thru Sept 2

Recommended Posts

There are hundreds of stars with exoplanets revolving around them; find three of the brightest ones easily in the night sky this week. The "Man in the Moon" is a well-known phrase, but do you know how to see him? What about the woman in the Moon? Or the rabbit? All that, a touch of Shakespeare (!), plus how and where to see the planets this week.

If you click on the "Youtube" button in the bottom right, it will take you to the video on Youtube, and you can subscribe from there - then, you can also set an email notification so Youtube alert you when new videos are added.

BTW, David has also done some episodes on measuring distances in the sky, magnitude of objects, eyepieces, accessories, etc, so it is well worth checking back a while

Great video David and nice choice of tragets regarding the exoplanets/stars at the beginning. I think we'll all be looking at the moon in a slightly different way for a while!

Keep up the good work and look forward to the next episode.

James
