...its funny really, I was once a person who hated the cold weather, I dreaded night frosts, because I really feel the cold. Now, I'm longing for the weather reports to tell me its going to be a cold clear night with a possibility of frosts!

And tonight, I think finally that night has rolled round for me, and thank goodness for that, I'm starting to get withdrawal symptoms..... :clouds2:

Good idea Tom, and I shall get out my whacking great big 10x50 binos....

Perfect for Perseus Double Cluster, Pleiades and Andromeda galaxy M31 (M31).

Or, find yourself a lounger, lay back and scan the Milky Way :clouds2:

You can ski in Scotland. The hills don't have to be very high. I thought there was skiing in the Lake District. How about some of those hills in the south, or Wales? You shouldn't have to fly. I skied a few years. Didn't come off the ground very often. When I did, I was a regular Eddie the Eagle...
