How to drive the SW motorised focuser from USB?

I made my own from a 4 wire telephone extension and a 1.5mm plug from Maplin...

The shoestring one is also available in two versions, usb1 and usb2, each with its own unique USB identifier. This means you can run two independent focussers from one pc without identification issues.
